Low VOC and low dust solutions

Indoor air quality

A person breathes in more than 340 tons of air over the course of 60 years of life. By the largest part of it is the air in your own four walls.

Wherever there is the EMICODE label from the Community for Emissions-Controlled Installation Materials, Adhesive and Building Products e.V. (GEV), you can be sure: this is a product with low VOC emissions.

Independent experts and laboratories have repeatedly tested the pollutant content with tests and trials. If the product meets the lowest values, the manufacturer can label it with the EMICODE. Materials with the EC1 or EC1 plus seal meet the most stringent requirements for indoor air quality.

Look for the seal on the invidual Ceresit product pages!

Low dust solutions

LOW DUST Technology reduces up to 75% of dust, creating a healthier work environment for the craftsmen.

100% transparency

Environmental product declarations

What is an EPD?

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) transparently reports objective, comparable and third-party verified data about products and services environmental performances from a lifecycle perspective.

We support our partners and customers not just with our technical expertise and solutions, but also with all technical documentation that they require to complete their projects successfully. That is why we have introduced Environmental Product Declarations for a range of our products.

Our EPDs can contribute to gaining points for a chosen Green Building Certification rating system (LEED, BREEAM or WELL), since they help deliver full transparency of the sustainability impacts (not only CO2) of our products on 38 sustainability indicators on the whole life cycle.
