The multi-family building Villa Reden was built in the district called Góra Redena in Chorzów. It was designed by Maciej Franta from the Franta Group studio. When designing the building, the architect took into account tall trees growing nearby, which are now almost at hand. The form of the building results directly from the irregular polygonal topography and the idea of leaving the largest possible tree stand on the plot.
It is project of young, rewardet architect Maciej Franta. This building won „Eurasian Prize” competition in 2021
