CERESIT® CX 10 is one-component, moisture cure ready to use, super-efficient universal polyurethane expanding adhesive. The product allows you to finish your work with significantly less effort and helps you saving up to 50% of your working time. Eliminates thermal bridges and offers high bonding strength covering requirements of masonry mortar (EN 998-2). Adhesive has excellent adhesion on most building materials like wood, concrete, stone, metal etc. Available pack size: 850ml
Clean the surface of any contaminants such as grease, dirt, bitumen and dust. Make sure that the application surfaces are free from loose particles before adhesive is applied. The aerated concrete blocks must be dry. Other surfaces can be moist, but not frosted or iced. Remains of anti-adhesive substances, vapour-tight paint coats and coatings with low adhesion should be completely removed.
Shake the can vigorously before use (15 - 20 times). Remove the plastic cap from the can and screw the can tightly onto the gun. The temperature of the can should be between + 5°C and + 30°C. When working with the gun always keep the can upside down. The outflow rate of the foam is controlled by pressing gun trigger.
The gun valve should be turned off. After screwing the foam container, you can open the gun valve and release the foam by pressing the trigger. For applying always turn the can upside down. The application rate is controlled by the trigger of the gun.
CERESIT CX 10 is used Indoor and outdoor, replacing traditional cement mortar in the making partition walls. On horizontal and vertical surfaces, fastening and gluing.
CERESIT CX10 Universal PU Adhesive can be used in materials such as blocks made of aerated concrete, wood, OSB boards, gypsum boards, polystyrene, bituminous coatings, glass, galvanized sheet, sheet metal coated with polyester coating and others.
Work should be carried out at ambient temperature and the substrate should be carried out at temperatures between + 5°C and + 35°C. Hardened foam should be protected against UV radiation by covering with plaster, paint, etc.
